For Clubs: We operate a managed agency model. Approved clubs pay a service fee.

To maintain quality, we follow a strict procedure:

Privacy & Security
We take your privacy seriously. All professional portfolios and contact details are handled through our secure internal CRM.
We only share your profile with “Approved Employers” once we have vetted your application and discussed the opportunity with you.

BUSAMA Entertainment has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal work practices. To protect our venue partners and entertainers, we only recruit talent with verified legal working status for the intended destination.
Important: Working Holiday Visas (e.g., Subclass 417 & 462) are not valid for exotic dancing roles in Australia/NZ.
VIP Booking Requirements To ensure elite service and safety, private bookings require a 70% upfront payment, with the balance due on completion.
